Return & Refund

At Dusklyn, every product is made specially for you. Because of our made-to-order model, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product or design

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • You must provide clear photos or videos as proof

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences (due to screen variations)

Refunds

  • Once your request is approved, you can choose between:
    • Replacement (preferred)
    • Refund to original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within a short window after placing the order.
  • Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
